Driving world mourns Jessica Wächter
SportYesterday, the unreal and deeply sad news reached us that multiple world champion Jessica Wächter (GER) and her partner and FEI official Martin Röske (GER) have suddenly passed away. The driving world is in shock.
Both meant a great deal to the sport and its development. Jessica won seven gold, two silver, and one bronze medal at various World Championships for Young Driving horses with different horses. She was known for her warmth, enthusiasm, and her highly skilled approach to training driving horses. She leaves a great void in the German driving world and far beyond.
We wish family, friends, and loved ones much strength during this unreal loss.
