CAI Kronenberg 2026: All Horses Accepted

Sport CAI Kronenberg 2026

During the horse inspection of the international driving event in Kronenberg, which took place on Wednesday afternoon, all horses were approved. This means that the competition can start without any withdrawals and that the full field of participants can prepare for a top-level sporting contest.

The international driving event in Kronenberg takes place from 16 to 19 April and attracts around 160 drivers from both the Netherlands and abroad.

Preview of the programme

Tomorrow, Kronenberg will be dedicated to the first dressage tests. From 8:30 a.m., various classes will compete in two different arenas, laying the foundation for the overall standings. On Friday, the dressage continues, with among others the Four-in-Hand horses. The Dutch Four-in-Hand drivers will compete this weekend for the national title.

On Saturday and Sunday, the marathon and cones phases will take place. On Saturday, the 3* single horse class, 3* Four-in-Hand horses and 4* Four-in-Hand horses will drive the marathon. The other classes will compete in cones on Saturday. The roles will be reversed on Sunday.
